All Supreme North Face Jacket Collabs Ever Released With Legit Checks
If you’ve been following the streetwear brand, Supreme, you’ll know that they collaborate with The North Face often. Any time Supreme collabs with The North Face, it is very hyped, and always ends up reselling for around double the retail price. An older Supreme North Face Jacket can be worth 3 times what retail was! I’ll be giving a full history of all of the past Supreme x The North Face collabs with legit check guides for each respective piece!
First off, I’d like to say if you’re looking to purchase a Supreme North Face Jacket, beware! There are TONS of fakes on eBay, and everywhere else! The easiest way to legit check them is by looking at the patches. Typically, fakes have very sloppy patches. Another thing worth noting is that all authentic Supreme North Face jackets come with a hologram sticker (but don’t legit check off this because some fakes have the hologram sticker down).
MOST authentic Supreme TNF jackets will have Size tags where the sizes are displayed in initials in French then English. Goes as following: Small/Petit = S/P, Medium/Moyennes = M/M, Large/Grande = L/G, Extra Large/Três Grande = XL/TG. On fakes the size tags will often say L/L, XL/XL etc.
But the most important thing is if the price looks too good to be true, it probably is fake. Definitely post it on Supreme reddit, or other Supreme groups, to legit check it for you, if you’re not 100% sure.
The first Supreme North Face jacket release was way back in 2007!
Fall/Winter 2007 Supreme Release – Summit Series Jacket
These were offered in 2 color-ways and featured a more vintage look with the colors and leopard lining on the inside. This is possibly what started Supreme using leopard print, which they incorporate into tons of pieces in the coming years.

How to Legit Check:
First off, on the Supreme patch on the arm, there is a trademark “R” on fake jackets. While on the authentic of this jacket, there is no trademark “R” on the Supreme patch. NOTE: This is only a flaw on fakes of this specific jacket; on tons of other Supreme TNF Jackets, there is the trademark “R” on the patch.
The Supreme patch on the arm, and the tags will also generally have tons of flaws on fakes (Letters not aligned, sloppy stitching, floating e is a big flaw on fakes of this jacket in particular).

The following year, Supreme and The North Face released their second collab.
Spring/Summer 2008 Supreme Release – Summit Series Jacket
This Supreme North Face jacket features an all-over print of New York’s Public Library in Midtown, in 2 different color-ways (Night Summit and Day Summit).
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”3″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Spring-Summer-2008″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
The easiest way to legit check these jackets is by looking at the front upper chest region of the jacket (above the North Face logo on the front). For the Day Summit jacket, the clouds in the sky on authentic jackets stop underneath the North Face logo on the front. While, on fakes of this jacket, the clouds have almost a mirrored affect where you can easily see the clouds above the North Face logo on the upper chest region of the jacket.
For the Night Summit jacket, you’ll want to look at the same upper chest region above the North Face logo. But, instead of the obvious clouds, the upper chest region on fakes will be noticeably lighter in color. While on the authentic version of this jacket, it will be much darker (very noticeable, looking at pictures of authentic jackets).
The Supreme patch on the arm and the tags will be off on fakes (letters not aligned, sloppy letters, connected stitching.).
Fakes will also fit slightly smaller than the authentic jackets.

Fall/Winter 2008 Supreme Release – Denali Fleece Jacket
The Denali Fleece features 3 color-ways (Indigo/Grey, Purple/Green and Blue/Cream). Nowadays, this piece is very rare to come by, and anyone selling it will likely charge a lot.
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”4″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Fall-Winter-2008″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
There are now decent fakes of the Purple/Green color way, and the Blue/Cream color way.
The first thing worth mentioning is that the authentic jackets are now 10 years old, so all these dead stock perfect condition jackets that are popping up on Ebay, Grailed, etc. are more than likely fake. With a piece like this I would look for a trusted seller who’s known in the community and has been in the Supreme game for a long time.
But as far as legit checking, one of the main things to look for in these jackets is the length of the Supreme patch on the arm. The Supreme patch on the arm should be the same length as the The North Face patch on the arm. On fakes of these jackets the Supreme patch is typically longer across than the TNF patch.
The other thing to look for is the The North Face stitching on the front of the jacket is noticeably to thick on fakes.
There are bad fakes of the Indigo/Grey color way, but they will be obviously fake with horrible patches/stitching, very easy to legit check.

Spring/Summer 2010 Supreme Release – Expedition Pullover Jacket
This Supreme North Face jacket was available in 3 color-ways (Black, Red/Blue and Duck Camo). This piece is pretty rare to come by, and will not be cheap.
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”5″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Spring-Summer-2010″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
For the camo color-way, fakes of the jacket are far too thin, so you can see the camo print from the inside of the jacket. While on authentic jackets, it’s thick enough to where you can’t see the camo on the inside of the jacket.
For the black color-way, the inner pocket lining, and hood lining on fakes is yellow, while on authentic jackets, it should be red.
The font on the North Face logo is also noticeably thicker, almost bold, while on authentic jackets the logo is much more thin.
“Supreme” text on the arm is too thin on fakes.
As usual, the Supreme patch on the arm is typically very sloppy on fakes, with connected stitching and unaligned lettering.

Fall/Winter 2010 Supreme Release – Waxed Mountain Parka
This parka release was available in 3 color-ways (Black, Brown and Red).

Spring/Summer 2011 Supreme Release – Checkered Pullover Windbreaker
This pullover comes in 3 color-ways (Black, Red and Yellow). This Supreme North Face jacket has a good amount of hype and rarity. Expect to pay a premium for one of these.
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”7″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Spring-Summer-2011″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
Fakes have only been made of the yellow color-way.
There is currently only one batch of fakes on the market, and the batch is missing the drawstrings which should be on the collar on authentic jackets.
The batch also has a horrible The North Face logo on the front of the jacket (Too bold, connected stitching, very noticeable).
As usual, typically the Supreme patch/tags will be very sloppy, and often have the notorious floating e.

Fall/Winter 2011 Supreme Release – Leopard Nupste Down Jacket
This jacket features 3 color-ways (Grey Leopard Print, Green Leopard Print and Orange Leopard Print). This piece is very rare and sought after. Expect a steep price.
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”8″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Fall-Winter-2011″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
Fakes of this jacket are notorious for having horrible stitching on the North Face logo on the front.
A lot of people believe that fake Nupste jackets will be much less puffy, but contrary to popular belief, replica makers have gotten down the puffiness pretty spot on.
The best way to legit check would be by looking at all of the patches and tags which will be noticeably sloppy.

Spring/Summer 2012 Supreme Release – Venture Jacket
This jacket is available in 2 color-ways (Black and Khaki). This is one of the rare Supreme North Face jackets you can get for a decent price.

Fall/Winter 2012 Supreme Release – Corduroy Mountain Jacket
This Supreme North Face jacket is available in 3 color-ways (Burgundy, Navy and Olive). This is a fairly rare and expensive jacket, so expect a premium price.
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”10″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Fall-Winter-2012″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
The first and most noticeable flaw on fakes of these jackets is that the colors are about a shade off. It’s very noticeable looking at pictures of an authentic jacket vs. a fake. The burgundy jacket is a different shade of red. The navy jacket is too light on fakes (should be a dark navy blue), and the green one is also too light on fakes (Almost looks teal on fakes, while it should be much darker on authentic jackets).
Also, on the inside of the hood, it should have a black diamond pattern on authentic jackets.
Fakes of this Supreme/North Face jacket have pretty horrible Supreme and North Face logos (very sloppy, connected stitching. You’ll be able to tell if you’re familiar with Supreme).
Fakes also fit about a size smaller than authentic jackets.

Spring/Summer 2013 Supreme Release – 3m Mountain Parka
This parka is available in 2 color-ways (Grey/Black and Grey/Red). Featuring a 3m reflective shell on the jackets.
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”11″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Spring-Summer-2013″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
First off, the 3m shell is way too dark on fakes. It should be a light grey color on authentic jackets.
The authentic jacket has a matte finish, while on fakes, it looks very glossy.
As usual, the Supreme patch is very off, with sloppy letters, connected stitching, etc.
Another giveaway is that fakes do not have North Face zippers, while authentic jackets do.
Fakes of this jacket will also fit about a size smaller than authentic ones.

Fall/Winter 2013 Supreme Release – Fur Nupste Jacket
This Supreme North Face jacket is available in 1 fur color-way. This jacket is very rare, and as usual you will have to pay a premium price for this piece.
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”12″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Fall-Winter-2013″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
As with the majority of Nupste jacket replicas, for whatever reason, the North Face logo on the front of the jacket is horrendous! I’ve seen fakes of this jacket where the lettering on the North Face logo is literally like different sizes compared to the other letters in the logo. It should be very easy to legit check just by looking at the North Face logo.
As usual, it never hurts to check if the Supreme patch and tags are on point, because if they look sloppy, it’s more than likely fake.

Spring/Summer 2014 Supreme Release – Maps Expedition Coaches Jacket
This jacket features 4 color-ways (All Over “Atlas” Print Maps, Yellow Maps, Teal Maps and Black Maps). This is a very sought after Supreme North Face Jacket, and is hard to come by.
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”14″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Spring-Summer-2014″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
Typically fakes of this jacket have very bad patches and tons of misspelled words, so I definitely would recommend taking a close look at all of the words on the jacket.
Another thing to look for is the flag patch on the front of the jacket. The border of the patch should be a dark purple color, while on fakes of the jacket the border is a much lighter purple color. Stitching on the border should also stay on the border, while on fakes of the jacket stitching can be seen slightly above the border and looks sloppy.
For the black color-way, the “Supreme” text on the sleeve should be white. On fake jackets, the “Supreme” text on the sleeve is grey.
The Supreme patch and the TNF patch on the arm should be perfectly aligned, while on fakes the patches aren’t aligned (typically the Supreme patch is off to the side instead of being directly in-line with the TNF patch).
Price Check: Around $2,000
Fall/Winter 2014 Supreme Release – Bandana Mountain Parka
This Supreme North Face jacket is available in 3 color-ways (Red Bandana, Blue Bandana and Black Bandana). These jackets do have a good amount of hype.
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”15″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Fall-Winter-2016″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
Fakes of this jacket have honestly gotten pretty decent.
One thing to look at is on the arm there should be a small bandana design in between the Supreme and TNF patch, which fakes don’t have.
Also, as usual, the patches still aren’t perfect. Look for sloppy stitching, connected stitching, floating e’s, the whole nine yards when it comes to legit checking Supreme x TNF jackets.

Spring/Summer 2015 Supreme Release – Denim Dot Shot Parka
This parka is available in 1 color-way (Denim).

How to Legit Check:
“Windstopper” lettering on the sleeve has very sloppy connected stitching on fakes.
Size tag on any size fake besides medium is off. For example, the size tag on a fake size XL will say XL/XL, while on an authentic it should say XL/TG.
This is another one of the jackets which fakes are notorious for having a very noticeable floating e on the Supreme patch.
Also, the little red Supreme tag on the side of the jacket is slightly too long, and the “Supreme” text is often slanted on the tags on fakes.

How to Legit Check:
Fakes have only been made of the black color-way.
Fakes of this piece are pretty spot on. Before a new batch of fakes came out, there used to be only 5 buttons on fakes, while authentic ones have 6 (an easy giveaway). But now, they’ve fixed that flaw.
You’ll definitely wanna look at the Supreme and TNF patches on the arm. Look for connected stitching, sloppy stitching, unaligned lettering, different sized lettering, and floating e on the Supreme patch.

Fall/Winter 2015 Supreme Release – BAMN Nupste Jacket
This jacket is available in 3 color-ways (Black, Yellow and Red). Featuring “By Any Means Necessary” all over print. This is a fairly hyped Supreme North Face jacket, and will be pretty expensive.

How to Legit Check:
The easiest way to tell is that on fakes they have a weird cutoff text at the bottom of the jacket, where typically about half of the text is cutoff, and also slightly crooked.
Fakes typically have pretty bad TNF logos, with connected stitching, different sized letters, and are just very sloppy in general.
Fakes also typically have a longer Supreme tag than authentic ones.

Fall/Winter 2015 Supreme Release – BAMN Mountain Jacket

Spring/Summer 2016 Supreme Release – Steep Tech Hooded Jacket
This jacket features 4 color-ways (Olive/Red, Black, Blue/Yellow and White). On initial release, there was tons of hate on these pieces, but of course they have gained hype, and are reselling for a decent amount.
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”20″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Spring-Summer-2016″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
From my understanding, the steep tech logo on the front is the wrong color on the black jacket (black on black steep tech logo, when it should be black on white steep tech logo).
For the white color-way, all of the replicas don’t even have the front steep tech logo.
Since it was a relatively new release, there will likely be better batches of fakes coming out in the future.

Fall/Winter 2016 Supreme Release – Nupste Jacket
This jacket is available in two color-ways (Leaves and Orange). These had a good amount of hate on initial release, but are reselling for around double times retail price.
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”21″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Fall-Winter-2016″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
The first thing you’ll want to look for on these jackets is the TNF logo, which on all fakes released as of now have incredibly sloppy stitching, while authentic ones have very clean stitching.
You’ll also want to look closely at the stitching on the left sleeve where “700” is stitched on. On fakes, it will have connected stitching and the 7 will have a weird shape.
Another sign is the red Supreme tag on the side of the jacket. On fakes released as of now, the tags are almost double the length of a normal Supreme tag.
Price Check: Around $800
Fall/Winter 2016 Supreme Release – Mountain Light Jacket
This Supreme North Face jacket is available in the same 2 color-ways (Leaves and Orange).
[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”22″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow” gallery_width=”600″ gallery_height=”400″ cycle_effect=”fade” cycle_interval=”10″ show_thumbnail_link=”1″ thumbnail_link_text=”[Show thumbnails]” slug=”Fall-Winter-2016-2″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Beware fakes do exist of this piece!
How to Legit Check:
Starting off with the leaves color way, first off the zippers on fakes are on the left side, while they should be on the right side on authentic jackets.
Next the color on the leaves print is noticeably darker on fakes of the jacket.
For the orange color way it’s a little harder to tell, but the orange color is slightly to dark on fakes.
Other than that, the only other good way to differentiate fakes and real of the orange color way is by looking for sloppy/misaligned patches/tags. You can often see stitching flaws on the fakes looking at the north face patches, while authentic jackets should have perfect stitching.

How To Legit Check:
Fakes have now been made of black, red, and olive.
These jackets are fairly easy to legit check once you know what to look for.
The first thing to look for is that the fake jackets are very shiny on all of the material, patches included. On the authentic jacket it’s much more just not shiny at all.
The flag on the back of the jacket is also a good amount to small on all of the fakes out there, should be larger on an authentic.
I’d also recommend looking for sloppy stitching on the “Supreme” text stitched onto the top of the hood, on fakes it’s typically very sloppy, while it should be pretty much perfect on the authentic

Spring/Summer 2017 Release – Polartec Fleece Jacket
Along with the last jacket, this Supreme North Face jacket released in 5 color ways.

How to Legit Check:
None of the fakes are super accurate, so they shouldn’t be to hard to legit check.
First off the “The North Face” embroidery on the front of the jacket it very often really sloppy with connected stitching on fakes of these jackets.
Some fakes don’t have 3m on any of the patches, but beware there are fakes out their with 3m on the patches.
The lettering on the Supreme patch is wonky on fakes, the s is often misshaped, sometimes even a floating e.
On the blue color way some fakes have the inside of the jacket the same blue color, while it should have a teal inside color. Some fakes have this fixed though.

How to Legit Check:
First off authentics of this jacket should say “Made in Vietnam”, but fakes of these jackets say “Made in China”.
The “The North Face” embroidery on the front is VERY noticeably sloppy, if you’ve ever seen an embroidered “The North Face” logo on an authentic jacket, you should instantly know it’s fake.
The inside “Supreme” tag is horrible on fakes of this jacket, very thin lettering, and the stitching on the tag just looks very sloppy.
Fakes of this jacket are also VERY shiny, way shinier than the authentic jackets by far.
You should have no problem legit checking these jackets, plus they’re such a recent release that any seller should have their receipt/confirmation to prove the jackets legit.

First off, the “The North Face” embroidery on both sides of the jacket is a little thicker than it should be, although it’s surprisingly clean as far as embroidery goes for these fake jackets.
The blue color, most noticeable on the back of the jacket is a little bit brighter than it should be on the fakes, it just looks a little off as far as the shading goes, the color on the fakes is to saturated.
Another flaw that’s worth mentioning is often the lettering on the Supreme patch is just wonky. The s is out of place, the p goes down to far, maybe even a floating e. Definitely something to check when legit checking these.
With this being another very recent release, the seller should be able to prove that the jacket is authentic.

How to Legit Check:
Fakes are not quite as puffy as authentic jackets, definitely noticeable if you’re familiar with the puffiness of the authentic jacket.
The Supreme and The North Face patches on the arm are typically not properly aligned on fakes; the Supreme tag is often slanted either a lot or a little compared to The North Face patch above it.
The “The North Face” embroidery on the front of the jacket isn’t always the best embroidery on fakes, with at least a few of the letters looking sloppy, or just off.
Again, with this being another very recent release, the seller should be able to prove that the jacket is authentic.
